§1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser on your device. The Shellty CMS platform uses cookies and browser local storage (localStorage) only to the extent necessary for the service to function, or after the user has given their voluntary consent.

§2. Which Cookies We Use

The platform uses two types of cookies and local storage:

Essential (always active):

• Admin panel session — HttpOnly JWT cookie enabling login to the CMS panel. Validity: until logout or session expiry.
• Cookie consent preference — localStorage key remembering the user's choice (accept-all / essential-only). Validity: 365 days.
• Demo shop cart — localStorage key storing cart contents. Validity: until cleared by the browser or user.

Analytics (require consent):

• Google Tag Manager (GTM) — loaded only after the user clicks "Accept all" in the consent banner. GTM may activate analytics tags (e.g. Google Analytics). The user can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer.

§3. Managing Consent and Settings

On the first visit the platform displays a consent banner. The user may:

• accept all cookies — including analytics (GTM)
• choose essential only — GTM will not be loaded
• change their choice at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the page footer

Cookies can also be managed directly in the browser settings — detailed instructions are available in each browser's documentation. Note that blocking essential cookies may prevent the CMS panel from working correctly.

§4. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated as the platform evolves. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-site notice or an email.
