§1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Shellty CMS platform, available at the URL specified by the installation administrator. The platform is owned by Shellty IT Tomasz Skorupski, os. Bursztynowe 78/78, 72-005 Warzymice, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 8513307050.

§2. Nature of the Platform — Demonstration Template

Shellty CMS is a demonstration template for a content management system (CMS). All content presented — including company names, logos, services, products, contact details, blog posts, testimonials and images — is illustrative only and does not represent any real organisation.

§3. Shop and Demo Orders

The online shop built into the platform is for demonstration purposes only. Placing orders in the shop is a simulation of the purchasing process.

Users should be aware that:

• no order is fulfilled in any real manner
• no payment is charged — the system is not connected to any payment gateway
• data entered during the order process may be saved in the platform database solely for demonstration purposes
• all products and prices in the shop are fictional and represent only a visualisation of the platform's capabilities

§4. Rules of Use

Use of the platform is permitted only for lawful purposes. In particular it is prohibited to:

• take actions that could disrupt the platform or its servers
• attempt unauthorised access to the admin panel or database
• use the platform to send spam or unlawful content
• reproduce or distribute the platform source code without the owner's consent

§5. Intellectual Property

The Shellty CMS source code, graphic templates, system architecture and all elements protecting the originality of the project are the intellectual property of Shellty IT and are protected by copyright. Demonstration content (texts, graphics) may be freely replaced by the implementation partner or end client.

§6. Limitation of Liability

Shellty IT is not liable for:

• platform downtime caused by maintenance of external infrastructure (Vercel, MongoDB Atlas)
• any damages arising from using the platform for purposes other than demonstration
• business decisions made on the basis of demonstration content and simulated data
• data loss caused by force majeure or failures of external services

§7. Personal Data

The rules for processing personal data by the platform are described in the Privacy Policy available at /en/privacy-policy.

§8. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be settled by the competent Polish court. Shellty IT reserves the right to amend these Terms — users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice.
